Our selection of cakes and biscuits
always raises a smile and a lick of the lips!
The lovely Louise produces a fantastic
range of both traditional and new-fangled cakes that
come as either a slice (we all need to treat ourselves
sometimes) or the whole cake.
If you fancy reaching for the biscuit tin, we also stock
a large range of organic, artisan biscuits together
with gluten-free biscuits from Against the Grain. Not
forgetting our cheese biscuits from the likes of Millers
Damsells and the Fine Cheese Company.
We stock the Vanilla Patisserie chocolate fondue pots,
which are perfect desserts to share; caramel chunks,
which are great for using in desserts from cakes and
muffins to biscuits and cheesecakes and three fantastic
flavours of cookie dough.
Kent & Fraser biscuits are a new addition to our
biscuit range. We sourced these biscuits at a trade
fair and were very impressed with all the fantastic
flavours that they come in. From spicy ginger to vanilla
butter crunch you'll agree with us that this 100% gluten
free range is seriously delicious. They have also won
several great taste gold awards.
It's a cliché, but there's nothing like the smell of
fresh baked bread ... and that's something you'll notice
at the Larder. Our speciality bread is in the form of
the Dovecote. Chris, the baker, is based in Cambridge
and creates wonderful sourdough loaves in many different
forms. Using both traditional and ancient wheat's, you
can really taste the love that he puts in to each and
every loaf!
