About Us
Burwash Larder started over 35 years ago as a roadside ‘honesty box’ system to sell the farm’s glut of asparagus and sweetcorn. Over the years it has evolved and grown into a modern farm shop and deli.
Owned by Michael Radford, the farmer whose family have owned and resided at Burwash Manor farm for many generations, the shop is run by Clare & Tinks while Mike gets on with the day-to-day running of the farm.

Our range of products includes fresh fruit and vegetables, a bursting cake counter, a constantly changing lunch counter, an impressive range of 70 artisan cheeses, not to mention our extensive store cupboard offering.
We have the fantastic Leech & Sons Butchers on site within the deli to provide you with the finest locally sourced meats.
We are also situated on a working organic farm, with strong links to nearby producers and suppliers, so you can be assured everything you buy from us is fresh, good quality and competitively priced. These partnerships and being a part of the Cambridge independent business community are essential to the quality of our range.
Whether you’re looking for the freshest produce, trying to get creative with your meals, or an experienced chef looking to create a three-course meal, we have something for you. Pop in and say ‘hello’, we love to hear about what you’re cooking, and will always offer advice if we can.
